Actually I feel that PB should review their business mangement. They are simply ruining their customer reputation which were being advertise with them. Why? the story goes like this:
I wanted to do a figurine for my in-law as their wedding gift thus I approach PB at cine when I saw them display the Ceramic Figurine at their shop on 12th JUNE 2008. First thoughts - PB produce the figurine when the actual fact is they are only the agent and RDC is the seller. So the sales girl PROMISED me that they (PB) will call me once the goods arrived. And I highlight to them I need it within 4days time and she agreeded. Full amount was paid then.
After 2 weeks, not a single call received , so I make my way down to PB. Surprising the goods are ready, but why arent they giving me a call? Upon checking the figurine, I felt so disappointed on the workmanship. Ugly visible joints were everywhere on the figurine. How to present these to the bride and groom? So I reject, ask them touch up, reminded them to give me a call once it was ready. I decide not to chase them as the wedding will be over by then, and I wanted it to be nice and presentable! Is a gift leh!
After very long time( not sure how long somemore ), there still not a single call from them. Again I make my way down to PB again. Actually the figurine was ammended, I do not understand what the reason of them not calling me. Again, the visible joints are still there. Except that the 'groom' was nicely touch up by the 'bride' was still so ugly. I rejected, took the photos of the defects and took their name card. And this time round I really make sure they must call me once its ready. And again empty promise was made an I will be meeting the bride and groom soon.
As usual no call, nothing from them, i went down again. This time they told me they sent the figurine back to TAIWAN and remake. And they will send to my home by hand. At that moment my thoughts are 'so highclass ah!' and I do feel 'shiok' as they are remaking for me. So I did not pursue the matter.
Until last Saturday, I could not take it anymore. I felt so angry and cheated and decided to go down but this time round with Jeff. As I scare I will kanna bully by their lame excuses. I lost my cool after the sales girl said something which really blow me up ' We already sent to your house before, no one answer that why it was sent back to the headquarters'
What the hell! you mean when you reach my house no one answer and you shake your butts off? There something in the world call HANDPHONE. Why they are not calling me? Okay fine, let give the sender a benefit of doubt, maybe he lost the carbon receipt when he was at my door steps. But why are they not calling me even the figurine reached back the headquarter?
Two words for them = LOUSY SERVICE. And I REALLY HATE LOUSY SERVICE when I already PAID IN FULL!!!!
The sales girl did not even apologise to me! Pushing the blame that this is not done by them as it another agent doing it. And she not aware of it. That moment my water really boiled to 100degrees, trying to cheat lau niang is it? I complain to you at least twice you say you don't know the situtation! You tell me, will you feel mad or not.
From this I came into the conclusion that they are actually seperate dealers. So the sales girl told me only on Monday 1st Dec08 (the world AIDS days) they will call me and arrange a date to deliver to my house. She still confirmed that they will call me. Actually I knew it wont happen. Their trade mark!
Expected, Monday, Tuesday passed. No calls, nothing, silent. I call RDC in charge personally on Wednesday. I was surprise that the fellow was patient, polite compared to the sales girl at PB, APOLOGISE that there mis-communication between RDC and PB and he immediately arranged to deliver to my house the next day. That What I need! No checking, no called back but a immediate respond and action.
I wrote a reminder email fearing that they will fly me aeroplane. And I got a very positive and responsive reply. See that what I say that is a Good service. Wanted to compliment them, but I think I should wait till the figurine arrived before any action.

The next day which is yesterday, the sender called me ealry in the morning and informed the time arrival Satisfed!
After work, I quickly rushed back home to see the 'bride'. Here are the pictures. Actually the joints are still there. But is so much better then the previous one. Actually this problem could be solved easily with just a necklace on it. It will save them alot of trouble.

Anyway I decide not to pursue this matter as I do not want to face the stupid sales Girl in PB. This wedding gift, I could give them as a christmas gift now. Nearly 6months passed, baby also come out laio la! hoho
Now, let your judge whether did they (RDC) do a good job? and worth going through the trouble again? But I would recommended your direct deal with RDC, to save all the ass trouble at PB.
